1. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: Until 12:00 PM
- Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee. Please contact the reception for more information.
2. Payment Policy
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- Payment can be made in cash or by credit/debit card upon check-in.
3. Pets
- Pets up to 5 kg are allowed in the hotel for an additional fee.
4. Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of 50 Euros.
5. Behavior and Respect for Other Guests
- Please maintain good manners and respect the peace and comfort of other guests.
- Loud activities and gatherings are not allowed after 11:00 PM.
6. External Visitors
- External visitors are allowed only in the hotel lobby.
7. Security and Safety
- For your safety, the hotel is equipped with security and video surveillance.
- Please do not leave valuables unattended. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items not stored in the safe.
- Safes are available at the reception for a fee.
8. Hygiene and Maintenance Policy
- Towels are changed every two days or upon request by leaving them on the bathroom floor.
- Bed linen is changed every three days.
- For additional cleaning or maintenance, please contact the reception.
9. Use of "Do Not Disturb" (DND) Sign
- If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of your door.
- Please note that the "Do Not Disturb" sign will prevent staff from entering the room for cleaning or other services.
- If the "Do Not Disturb" sign remains on the door for more than 24 hours, please inform the reception of your needs.
10. Damages and Losses
- Any damage or loss of hotel property will be charged according to the price list at the reception.
11. Tips and Gifts
- If you wish to leave a tip or gift for your housekeeper, please place it on the pillow.
12. Lost Items

13. Fire Safety Rules
- In case of fire, please notify the reception immediately.
- Exit the building according to the evacuation plan.
- If the corridor and stairs are smoky, please stay in your room and open the balcony door.
- Close the door tightly and place wet towels at the bottom threshold.
- Covering night lamps is prohibited.
14. Technical Maintenance
- In case of a malfunction, please notify the reception.
15. Security
- The hotel is under 24-hour video surveillance.
